How to almost freak out everyday

Hi guys, in this instruction we’re gonna to learn to almost freak out every single day. Ok, just kidding (not so much). My quarantine is a combination of emotions. Sometimes I’m really hopeful and happy, but there’s sometimes that I’m really sad and anxious. I think that this feeling is understandable when all the world is living in a pandemic reality and you don’t know when your life will be normal again. Seven months have passed by our faces (serious guys, Christmas is tomorrow, right?) but everyday seems like it was the same day. I’m just working with my brother’s burger store so yes, I eat hamburgers for free. I also buy some plants to take care of, like cactus and succulent plants. In this quarantine I could know some people on the internet, playing online games, doing video calls and using tinder. By the way, I finally found someone really interesting on Tinder and I’m in love now but oh my god, we’re in social distance, how can I see him? So, my advice is: don’t fall in love during a quarantine (unless you don’t care with the people around you and think that’s only a “gripezinha”). I like to watch movies with my family when I’m not working or freaking out with PLE (thank you, UFRJ). But, even freaking out I’m really happy to recognize me more as a scientist, reading some scientific articles and making online presentations for my laboratory. I think that this moment is really bad but we should use this time free to make a self care, try to know yourself better and do what you like, it could be playing games, reading books, cooking or just existing. So, that’s it. I hope you all be ok, wash your hands, use masks and don’t be a fascist.
